V. Governing law – jurisdiction

The present terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. The Courts of Luxembourg shall govern all disputes and all others proceedings related to the connection to this site and its contents.   The only authentic version of the site is the French language version. If there is a discrepancy with the version in another language, only the French version is the legally binding authority.
